Although Ive not been there, I do believe that is a Pic of Dr. Mike is some kinda something at Dave humble abode. I could be wrong.

I barely recognized it myself... it's a little wall nook in my basement in my torture chamber where Mike likes to hang out. I have a full selection of sizeable rubber dicks down there. And laytex farm animals.
